RESOLUTI�N NUMBEF 96-174-CC.
A RESOLUTION relating to the fac�s req�ziring an appropri.atian
and expenditure of �unds �ar the �ollowing departmentJ�und:
Law Librarv Fund ��110, �e�artment ��I52 �
together with a budget therefor; declaring an emergenc�; and �
�etting a public hearing date; all pursuani to RCW 36.40.140.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention o�' the Board
of County Commissioners of Grant County that an appropria�tion
and expenditure o� funds shouid be authorized gor the above-
meniianed depariment/fund, together with a budget thereior,' in
the estimated amount .of $ $b,OQO ; and
WHEREAS, expenditure o� such �unds was not ineluded in the
current budget of Grant County, however, e�ergent condi�ions
naw require that such �'unds be expendeci, and '
WI3EftEAS, it appears �hat an emergency exists and.�hat the
expend�ture o� such �unds could not have been reasonably ioreseen
at the time o� making said county budget;

MISSIONERS C1F GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHIN�TON, that the a�are=
mentioned �acts constitute an emergency and tha�G an appropriation
and expenditure o� funds shauld be authorized for the fall.owing
department J�und: Zaw Library Fund ��110, Department ��152 ,
together with a budget therefor.
BE ZT FURTHER RESQLVED that.na�ice t�f a public hearing upon
such expenditure shall be given, said heari�g to be held o�
December 23,1996 in the Graz�t County Commissio�zes's' O��'ice,
Grant Caunty Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington, at the hour o�
