A RESC►I,UTION relating to the facts requiring an appropriation
a�d expendi�uxe of �unds for the following departr�tentf�u�d:
Current Exnense Fund ��001, Various Departments ,
together with a budget thexeior; declaring an emergency; and '
setting a public hear�ng daie; aZi pur�uan� to RC�V 36.40.140.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the at�entiQn af the Bc�ard
af Couniy Cammi�sioners af Grant County that an appropriation
and exgenditure of funds should be authorized �or �he above-
mentianed department/fund, tagether with a budget there�or, in
the estimated amount .af $ 231,204 ; and
, V�HEREAS, expenditure oi such funds was noi included in the
curre�t bud,ge� o� Grant �c�unty, however, emergent ccsndi�ions
' now require tha� such �unds be expended; and �
