A RESOLUTION �ela�ing to the iacts requiring an appropriation
and expenditure of funds far the iollowing degartment/fund;
i�ro,�P ., or�-��,mg Vi�im Comn. Fund ��120,_D�artment �f162 ,
together with a budget thereiar; de�claring an emergency; and '
setting a public hearing date; all pur�uant to RC�T 36.4t3,140.
WI�EREAS, it has been br��ght �o �he attention o� the Baard
of County Cammissioners o� Gra�.t Cou�ty that an apprapria�ian
and expenditure of �'unds should be authori�ed �or the above-
mentioned departmentJ�und, together wi�h a budget therei'or, in
the estimated amount .o� $ 600 ; and
�F�ERE�S, expenditure.o� such �unds was not included in the
current budge� o� Grant Cou�ty, however, emergent conditions
now require tha� such �unds be expended, and �
WHEREAS, at appears that an emergency exis�s and that ihe
expenditur� o� such �unds c�uld not ha�e been reasonably foreseen
ai ihe time of making said caunty budget;
NOW, '��EREF�RE, BE IT REStJLVEI� BY THE BdARD t3F CC7UN�'Y CO�I-
MISSIONER i QF �RANT COUN'�Y, �TATE tiF �VASHINGTON, that the afore=
mentioned �ac�s constit�te an emergenc�r and ihat an appropria�ian
and expenditur� o� �unds should be authorized �c�r the �allowing
clepartment f funcl: Pro�. Crime Victim Comp, Fund ��120,Dept.��162 ,
together with a budge� thereiar.
