1�UHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held an December 2,1996 at 1:3t}
p, m. in ihe Ct�unty �ommission�rs He�ring Rc�vm at which �ime
taxpa�ers were allowed to appe�r and be heard; and
WHEREAS, there was no opposition tt� #he �rapQsed land
classifcations and prvpos�d assess�nents which were:

assessment anri thai th�y shouid be levied.
