WHE�EAS, it tzas been broi�ght to the attention of tt�E� Bo<�.rd
of Cc�unty Commissioners o� Grant County that emergency canditians
require that a� appropriatiQ� and expenditure of fu�ds Y�e auth-
orized �ar t�e a.bove-mentioned de�artment/iund, togethex• with a
budget therefo�; and
�HEREAS, pursuant to RCW 38.4Q.14Q, Resolutivn No. qh-15R-CC
was duly adopted on 11/19/96 ,and published in the
Grant Countv Journal on 11/25&12/2/96 dec�aring an
emergency an�t stating the-�acts constituting the emergency and.,
the estimated amount ai funds required tQ meet it, together �vith a
notice af publ.ic hearing, and said public heari�ag was held thereon
whe�e interested persons were allowed to appear and be heard;
NOW, TFIEREFORE , BE IT R.ESOLVED B� THE BOARD OF COIINTY C014i�iI S-
SIOAtEAS OF GRANT e�UNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTOlV, that an apprc�priation
ancd �xpenditure of funds is here}ay authorized far the foliowing
