Possible vouchers for Interfund Communications, insurance, legal services,grant administration, etc. (The Commissioners awarded the Royal Water District—2016 Water Improvements ; Project to Pegram Construction in the amount of$609,842.17) � 2. Washington State Department of Social and Health Services County Program Agreement No. ! 1663-68154 between Grant County, New Hope Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Services, i for Community-Based Domestic Violence Program Emergency Shelter and Supportive Services. i Term is July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017. (Approved) , 3. Community Services and Housing Division, Office of Crime Victims Advocacy Grant No. S17- 31119-057 between Washington State Department of Commerce and New Hope Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Services to provide services to victims of crime. Authorization to Call for Bids: Road A,5-SW Road Reconstruction Project(CRP 15-05)with a bid opening date of July 26, 2016 at 1:30 pm. (Approved) 3. Recommendation to award the Ephrata Landfill MPE Pilot Study to Selland Construction of Wenatchee,WA for the bid amount of$1,558,265.90 including sales tax. Recommendation Memorandums regarding: a 6th Sick Leave Donation Request(Recipient 16- 02)for an employee of the Facilities and Maintenance Department; and 5th Sick Leave Donation Request(Recipient 16-03)for an employee of Public Works.The HR Director recommends approval for both. (Approved) BUILDING DEPARTMENT AND FIRE MARSHAL'S OFFICE 4. The Chair of the Board authorized the Clerk of the Board to stamp her signature to a Washington State Historic County Courthouse Rehabilitation Grant Program grant application 2017-2019 biennium from the Washington Trust for Historic Preservation; and the full Board signed a letter in support of the application.
