require that an appropriation ancl expenditure of fux�ds be auth-

W�IERE�S, pursuant ta RCW 36.40.�.40, Resolution No. 96-141-CC
was du�.y adogtsd on 10/28/96 , anci publishec� in the
Grant Count�Journal O11 11/7&11/14 declaring �n
emergency and stating the-facts constituting the emerg�ncy and�
the estimated amount of func�s rsquired to meet it, togeth�r with a
notice of gublic hearing, and said public hearing �aas held thereon
where interes�ed persons were allowed to appear and be hE�ard;
NO�, TIiEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, tna.i an appropr�ati�si
and expend�ture of funds is hereby authorized for the f�ilowzn�;
