A RESOLUTION relating to the facts requiring an approprzation
and expenditure o� �unds for the iollowing department/�und:
C�xrrent E�pense Fund �`�001, Various Departments ,
tage�her with a budget therefor; ci�claring an emergency; and �
� setting a publie }�earing date; all purs�zant io RCtiV 36.40.140.
WHEREAS, �.t has been brought to �he atte�tion g� the Board
of Coun�y Commi�sioners o� Grant Caunty thai an apprapriation
and expenditu�e of iunds should be authorized �or the abavc�-
mentianed d�partment/�und, togethe� with a budget there�or, in
tlae es�zmated amount .c�f $ .57,6�1�i ; and
�h'HEREAS, �xpendittzre oi such funds was not included in �he
eurrent budget of Grani County, however, emergent conc�iiions
nQw require that such iunds�be exgended; and
Vd�iEREAS, it appears that an emergency exists and that tY�e
expenditure o� such funds could noi have b�en reasonably foreseen
at ihe time o� making said county budget; '
