RESOL�JTION NO. 96-150-CC
Wl-�EREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County Washington,
were petitioned to vaeate certain partions of a County road described as followse
A Tract of land lying in Section 19, Township 19 Narth, Range 28 East,
W.1V:�. mo�e par�icularly described as follaws:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Section 19; thence Sauth
89°17'30° East a.long ihe North line of Sectian 19 a distance of 2834.31 feet;
thence South 12°54"08°' East a distance of 30.8'7 feet to the TRLTE POINT
4F BEGINNING; thence continuing South l�°54'48" East a distance
575.28 feet to the Easterly right of way line of Westshore Drive as relocated
in 1985i86; thence South 33°09' 11" East along said right of way line a
distaa�ce of 1'72. $0 feet; thence North 12°54"08" West a distance of 722. 88
feet; thence North 89°17'30" West a distance c�f 61.'72 feet to the TRUE
POINT OF BE�Il�fi�=ING,
Cantainin� 0.$9 acres more or less.
W�-IEREAS, legal notice tivas published in the Iegal paper and was posted on each
end of the property to be vacated or as near as possible; and,
WHFREAS, the Gounty Road Engineer did give his report in favor of this
vacation; and,
WF[EREAS, the road is of no benefit to the County or to the people of Grant
County,
THEREF4RE, B]E IT RESOL�ED, those the portions of County Roads as
described above, be here�ay vacated and abandaned as County roads.
