RESC?LUTION I�fUMBER 96-141-CC
A RESQLUTION relating to the fac�s requirang an appropriatian
and expenditure of funds iar the following department/fund:
Current Expense Fund ��001, Misc. General Government ��125 ,
'toget��er with a budget there�or; declaring an emergencs; and �
setting a publ.ic hea.ring date; alI pursuan� to RCW 36.4C1.140.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to �he attentian o� the Board
oi County Cc�mmi�sioners o� Grant County that as� apgropriatian
and expendiiure of �unds should be at�thori2ed ior �the above-
mentianed department/�und, together wi�h a bu.dget there�or, in
ihe estimated amount .of � ��� ; and
WHEREAS, expend�ture o� such �unds was not inc�uded in the
current budget o� Grant Coun�ty, ha�ever, emergent c�nditians
�ow require that �uch �t�nds be expended; anci
W'�iEREAS, z.t appears that an emergency exists and th�,t the
expenditure of such funds could not hav� been reasonably �oreseen
at the time o� making said county budget;
