has determined that cansideratian should be given ta vacating certain portxc�ns of unused
�ounty raads described as follows:

Fourth Street and East of the e�ensic�n of the East right-of-way line of Vdlalnut
Avenue, that portic�n of Fifth Street tying East �f the East right-of-way line af
Grand Avenue and West of the Wesi right-of-way Iine af Crescent Drive, that
portion of Grand Avenue Lying Souih af �h� St�uth rrght-of-way line of Fifth
Street and North of the North right-of-way line of Crescent Drive, tha� pc�rtion
of Pike Street lying East of tl�e �ast right-af-w�y line of Walnut Avenue and
