has determined that consideration should be given to vacatin� certain portions caf an unused
County road easement described as follows:
That portinn of County Rt�ad formerly known as Martin Road,located in
the SE 1/4 af Secti4n 29, Tawnship 2I Narth, Range 26 East W.M., Grant
County Washington, aIi of which lies North of a tine runnzng paraliel to and
34 feet North of the south boundary of Farm Unit 3 in Block 73.
