Concurrently to this action Human Resources has been working on compensation issues resulting from the resolution of the collective bargaining agreement for the Grant County Deputy Sheriffs'Association (2oi5-2oi7). It was necessary to address salary compression between the union-represented positions andhe non- represented Command Staff positions. Now that this has been address, and in order to maintain appropriate distinction between the ofce of County Sheriff and the position of Undersheriff, it is recommended that the previous resolution be amended to include the following language regarding the salary standard for the office of County Sheri£f: 63% of the salary for Supe^ior CouNt Judge by the WCCSEO oN 6% higheN than the sala^y set foN the UndeNsheNiff, whichever amount is h a ed this c ____„day af,%ZC ,200 Board of Cbunty Commissioners ,, - Grant County,Washingtwn % A ro tz. D 0 $ U16 Dist#► iStd I , tJistR t _, pist#2 Dist#2 _ aist# GRAIVT CfJUN'Y CMMISSIONERS UisC#3_ ist 1ist#3 Grant Co mCq H'[xi`R'''T°''O"B'o:' ,3""° ree Ephrata,WA 98823 509)754-2011
