WHEREAS, The Grant County Sheriff's Office owns the attached list of miscellaneous items, ;
obtained tl�rough the Militaiy Surplus Program; �

WHEREAS,The Sheriff's Office has determined that these items are no longer needed; �

WHEREAS,The Sheriff's Of�ce is requesting that the Board of County Commissioners declare
surplus the attached item listing; ;
WHEREAS,It is the intent of the Sheriff's Of�ce to sell these items through Yarbro Auctioneers
on December 3'�d, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. located at 2301 Road 4-NE,Moses Lalce, WA.
NOW,TH�REFOI2�,BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Board of County
Commissioners declare as surplus the attached listing of miscellaneous items and sell them through
public auction via Yarbro Auctioneers.
