RESOLUTION No. 16- ��� -CC
WHEREAS,the following Grant County fund does not have an adequate level of budget
appropriation to make the following expenditures: WSU Extension Fund#001, Department
#122 in the amount of$12,100.00.
WHEREAS, these additional budget expenditures were not anticipated when preparing
the 2016 budget; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with RCW 36.40.140 a public hearing, must be held to
authorize additional budget appropriations.
WHEREAS, on the 25th day of October, 2016 at 3:30 p.m., a public hearing was held in
the Grant County Commissioners' Hearing Room.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTOIV,that a
budget appropriation in the total amount of$12,100.00 to be allocated to the 2016 budget
according to the following schedule of categories and items:
