A RESOLUTION relating to the establishment of aTravel "
revolving fund (account) for the following county department:
Mental Health Fund ��408 , � t0 be CBlled: Mental Health
Care Advance Travel Fund
WHEREAS, �t has been called to the attention of the Boa�d
of County Commissioners that �. Travel lY'eVOlVi17.g gund (account)
should be established as set for�h her�inbelow; and
WHEREAS, the establishment of said fund is in accordance
with state and county laws and. does not require a public budget
hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, �E IT RESOLVED BY THE �OARI3 �� COUi�ITY �OM-
MISSIONERS, as follows :

in the amoun.t o 2,000 or the ollowing county depart-
mellt : Grant Countv Mental Health Fund ��408
2. That the head of said county d.epartment shal�. be custodian
of sa?d. fu.nd, shall record all transactions according to proger
accaunting procedures , and shall use it only for the purpose of:
To provide advance travel monev to Mental Health Employees
3, °That if a checking account is used, alI checks drawn
from said account shall be Signed �3y: Executive Director ,
(and� (or) Director of Financial Services .
4, That all expendit�.res from said fund are to be supported
with appropriate receipts and reimbursement of saicl fu�d s1-�..a11
be by claim voucher and warranto
