HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 99-054-CC BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS � GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON IN THE MATTER OF DIVIDTNG LOT 28, � RESOLUTION NO. 99-54-CC MATTAWA ACRES NO. 2 � INTO(2)TWO 2,5 ACRE LOTS. � SUBJECT SITE IS LOCATED IN A PORTION OF � RESOLUTION APPROVING OF SECTION 4,TOWNSHIP 14 NORTH, � A PLAT ALTERATION RANGE 23 EAST WM, GRANT COUNTY, � WASHINGTON. � Raul vid Rtvnes Gonz�llez WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County have been advised by the Grant County Planning Commission that an open record public hearing was conducted on March 3, 1999 on the matter of Dividing Lot 28, Mattawa Acres, Division#2, located in a portion of Section 4,Township 14 North, Range 23 East Willamette Meridian, Grant County,Washington. The applicant has requested that the lot(#28) be split in half as to create two (2)homesites . WHEREAS,the Grant County Planning Commission on March 3, 1999 made a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners to lpprove this proposed plat alteration; WHEREAS,the Gravt County Board of Commissioners held a closed record public meeting on April 6, 1999; ' WHEREAS,the Board of County Cornmissioners have made a decision to uphold the recommendation to approve the proposed plat alteration request; WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners have found that the proposal is consistent with the Grant County Comprehensive Plan; WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners have found that the public use and interest will apparently be served by the plat alteration; WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners have found that the proposal will not adversely effect the health, safety, and general welfare of the public in the vicinity of the proposal; , NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,that the Board of County Commissioners for Grant County,Washington approve by this Resolution, a plat alteration Dividing Lot#28, Mattawa Acres, Division#2, into two (2) parcels, The Subject property is located in a portion of Section 4,Township 14 North, Range 23 East Willamette Meridian, Grant County,Washington. � i i Page 2 of 2 IN THE MATTER OF DIVIDING LOT 28, MATTAWA ACRES N0.2. Raul and Rames GOnzalez CONDITIONS: The following�re conditions of approval,which were used in the Grvit County Board of County Commissioner's closed record public meeting to approve tl�e proposed Plat Alteration. 1. Development shall be in compliance with the Growth Management Act, The County-Wide Planning Policies, The Washington State Environmental Policy Act, the Grant County Comprehensive Plan, the Grant County Zoning Ordinance, and all applicable 1oca1, state, and federal regulations, rulings or requirements. 2. Development shall comply with all applicable requirements of the Grant County Fire Marshal including but not limited to the Uniform Building Code and Uniform Fire Code. 3. Development shall comply with all improvements and restrictions required by the Grant County Public Works Department. 4. Developer shall comply with all requirements deemed necessary by the Grant County Health District, the Washington State Department of Health, and the Washington State Department of Ecology regarding domestic water supply, sewage systems and storm water control and treatment including, but not limited to: RCW 90.48.080 Discharge of Polluting Water Prohibited; WAC 173- 201, 5urface Water Standards; WAC 173-201A, Ground Water Quality Standards and WAC 246- 272, On-Site Sewage Systems. 5. If any Native American Grave site(s)or archaeological/cultural resources(Indian Artifacts)are found all construction activity shall stop and the owner/developer shall immediately notify the Colville Confederated Tribes and the Washington State Office of Archaeology and Historic Preservation. 6, Any outstlnding assessments shall be equitably divided and levied against d�e remaining lots,parcels, tracts,or be levied equitably on the lots resulting from the alteration.
