`(�HEREAS, it has been called to the attentic�n of the Board c�f CounLy
Commissiflner� �hat a change fund {accc�un�) shau�d be established as set
forth hereinbelow; and
VJ�-�ER.EAS, the estab�ishm�nt of said �'und is in accordance wi�h stat�
and cQunty laws and daes nat re�uire a p�.blic budget hearing;

1. That a change �und (acc,c�u�t} to be known as Diversian
Monitor Change Fund, is h�reby establish�d in the amc�unt of

�Depar�ment#�.1'7, Current Expense Fund�#�Q1
2. That the head c�f sa�d caunty departm.ent sha11 be custodian c�f
said fund, shal� T�CQI'CI � fI`�.11S�.Gt1C32�5 accQrding tc� p�c�per
accaunting prc��edures, �nd shall use it only for the purpose o£
Ma.�ing change when cc�llecting fees for�uvenile Se�-vices.
3. That the T}iversion Monitors and I}epartment Head �vi1� be
accountable at all times af said funds until tatal amount has
been returned to�he Cou�ty Treasurer.
