RESOLUTION NUMBER 99-29-CC
A RESOLUTION relating to the facts requiring an appropria�ian
and expenditure o� �u.nds for the following depar-trnent/fun.d:
C.R.I.D. Bond 92-1 Fund ��222 ,
together with a budget there�or; decla�ing an emergency; and `
setting a public hearing date; aZl pursuant to RCW 36.40. 14Q.
WHEREAS, i� has been brought to the attention o� the Board
a� County Commissianers of Grant Caunty that an appropriation
and expenditure a� funds should be au�harized �or the above-
mentioned department/fund, together with a budget there�or, in
the estimated amaunt .of $ 2,0(3(L_ ; and
WHEREAS, expenditure o� such �unds was not included in the
current budget of Grant Countp, however, emergent conditions
�.ow require that such funds be expended; and
W�3EREAS, it appears that an emergency exists and that the
expenditure o� such �unds could not have been reasonably �areseen
a� the time o� making said county budget;
N�W, THEREFORE, �E IT RESOLVED BY THE BC7ARD OF COUNTY COM-
MISSI�NERS OF GRANT CDUNTY, STATE OF �VASHINGTON, that the a�ore-
mentioned �acts cons�itute an emergency and that an appropria-�ion
and expenditure o� funds should be authori�ed �or the �ollowing
department/fund: C.R.I.D, Sond 92-1 Fund �k222 ,
tagether w�th a budget there�ar.
BE IT FLTRTHER RESOLVED that notice a� a public hearing upon
such expenditure shall be given, said hearing ta be held on
��ril 6,1999 in the Grant Connty Cammissioners ` ���ice ,
Grant County Gourthause, Ephrata, Washington, at the haur of
l•00 �.m ,
