RESOLITTION NLTMB�R 99-Q(�5-CC
� RESOLUTION relating to the �acts requiring an appropriation
and expPnditure of iunds for the following d.epartmeni/�u.nd:
Current Exgense F ind ��nnl . A�GPGGora l�P= t_�1 n7 �
together with a b�dget therefor; declaring an emergency; and '
setting a public nearing date; aIl pursuant to RCW 36.40.140.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attentio� of the Board
of County Commissioners of Grant County that an app�opriation
and expenditure of �unds should be authorized for the above-
mentioned department/fund, together with a budget therefor, in
the est imated amount .oi $ 11 � 250 ; and
WH�REAS, expenditure o� s�ch iunds was not included in the
current budget of Grant Couni�, however, emergent conditions
now require that such funds be expended; and
y'VHEREAS, it appears �hat an emergency exists and that the
expenditure of such iunds could not have been reasonably �oreseen
ai the tame o� making said county budget;
NOPd, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM-
MISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STI�TE OF WA�HINGTOl�, that the afore-
mentioned �acts constitute an emergency and that an appropriation
and expenditure oi iunds should �ae authorized for the following
dep�t.z'tment f�U�l.d : Current Ex�ense Fund ��001,Asse�sor dent _�bl �7 �
together with a budget therefor.
BE �T FURTHER RESOLVED tha� notice o� a public hearing ugon
such expenditure shall be given, saict hearing to be held on
februarv 8,1999 in the Grant County Commissioners' O�f icz ,
Gra.nt County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington, at t�.e haur o�
1:30 n.m.
