'��IEkIEA�, THE Grani �oumty Cvmmi�siaaaers, afte� hearing,
and having duly cvnsiclered aIl relevant eviden�e and test�mony
prese��ed, has dete�-mined that th� Grant County Cur�er�t Expense
But�ge�t requix�ed a� e�evation in propertgT tax revenue fro�n t�t� �r�v�c�us
year, ia� add�ti€�n �o the eleva�ion resulting fro�n the �.ddi��a� vf new
constr�action and ina►proveffieats �o property �nd any advancem�eni i�
the vaiue of state assessed property, i� order t� d'ascharge ihe expected
��penses and abli��tio�s of the �rant Caunty current e�pense budget
and is in �t� bes� interest;
