It is hereby resolved by the Board of County G�mmissioners vf Grani Co�niy,
Washington, that the follaaving road res#rictions may be placed or� any andior a11 Grant
Coun#y raads for a period not to exceed 120 days from the effective date below when, in
the opinic�n of the Direcior of Pubiic Works or �is authorized represent�tive, certain roads
or ro�d sectiQns may incur damage if the gross vehicle weights are not restricted, praviciec!
the following notice is pu�lished and the load restrictions are posted:

vehicles hereinaft�r described, far a period af 120 �ays from thE effective d�te ofi �his
order, when each and every road shal! be posted as set forth be{ow:

whose gross weight (vehicle ar�d Ic�ad), exceeds the load limits set forth beiow

emergency exists, the Director of Public Works is hereby granted the authority to close any
Grant County roads or r�ad sectic�ns t� all unaufihnrized traffic, pr�wided fihe fQllowing
notice is posted on each end of the seciion to be closed:

36.75.27i3, revised Code of Washingtan, this road is closed ta traue! by ail
vehicles �xcept passenger vehicles and empty trucks unless a wriften
permit has been ob#ained frc�m the {�ffice cafi the Director of Public Works,
P. C}. Box 37, Ephraia, Washing#an 98823.
Pursuant tc� R.C.W. 36.75.270 any person violat�ng this Resolution shaCl be guilty
of a misdemeanor.
This order sha�f be published in the c�fficia( Caunty nevvspaper and shall be effective
and enforced an and after #he 2��' day af December, 1998.
