VVH7EREA�, pursuant to the requirements af Seetion 6, Chapier S3, Laws
of Extraardinary Session af the State of Washingion, �rant County did prepare a
proposed Camprehensive Transportatian �mprovement I'ragram for the ensui.ng s�
years of 1999 - 2004, and
WHERE.�,S, the County Engineer has requested an amendment be made
to the Si� Year'ISransportatzan Improvement Program - 1999 ia 2004, and
VV�HERE.AS, it appears to the Board of County Commissianers of Grant
County, Washington, that it wo�zld be in th.e public znterest to hold a heari.ng on the
said prt�posed amendments,
NOW, THEREFtJRE BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held
on December 29, 1998 at 10:04 A,M. in the Cammission�rs O�.ce in the Grant County
Courthouse, Ephrata, Washingion and at that �ne anya�ne may appear and be heard
either far or against the amending of the S� Year T�ranspor�aiic�n Program - I999 to
2004.
