RESOLUTION NUMB.ER 98-19�,=CC
A RESOLUTION relating to the �acts requiri�g an appropriation
and expendii�are oi funds ior the �oll.owing department/fund:

together wi�h a budget therefor; eclaring an emergency; and '
setting a public hearing date; all pursu.ant to RCW 36.40.140.
`vVHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board
o� County Commissione�s of Grani County that an ap��opriation
and expenditure of funds should be authorized for the above-
mezztioned department/�und, together wiLh a budget therefor, in
the estimated amount .af $ �1g,000 1 �-n�
WHEREAS, expenditure a� such funds was not inclut�ed in tl�e
cur�°ent budget o� Grar�t �ounty, however, emergent conditions
now require that such funds be expended; and �
WHEREAS, it appears that an emergency exists and that the I
expenditure o� such iunds cauld not have been reasonably foreseen'�
at the time o� making said cou�ty bttdget;
NQ�N, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SOARD OF COUNTY CO�-
MISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that the aiore-
mentioned facts constit�te an emergency and that an appropriation
and expenditur� of funds should be authorized �or the fol3owir�g

BE IT FURT�iER RESOLVED that notice o� a public hearing upc�n
