Lawson WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County have been advised by the Grant County Planning Commission that an open record public hearing was conducted on October 7, 1998 on the matter of altering Farm Unit 2, Irrigation Blocic 881, Lot 3 of the Loveless Short Plat into two five (5) acre parcels. The subject site is located in a portion of the Northwest Quarter of Section 15, Township 16 North, Range 26 East Willamette Meridian, Grant County, Washington; WFIER�AS, the Grant County Planning Commission made a recommendation to approve this proposed plat alteration; WHEREAS, the Grant County Board of Commissioners held a closed record public �neeting on November 2, 1998; dVHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have made a decision to uphold the recommendation to approve the proposed plat alteration request; WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have found that the proposal is consistent with the Grant County Comprehensive Plan; WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have found that the public use and interest will apparently be served by the plat alteration; WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have found that the proposal wi11 not adversely effect the health, safety, and general welfare of the public in the vicinity of the proposal; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESQLVED, tliat the Board of County Commissioners %r Grant County, Washington approve by this Resolution, a plat alteration of Farm Unit 2, Irrigation Blocic II81, Lot 3 of the Loveless Short Plat into two (S) five acre parcels. The subject site is located in a portion of the Northwest Quarter of Section 15, To;�nship 16 north, Range 26 East Willatnette Meridian, Grant County, Washington (currently lcnown as Assessor's Parcel #31-1578-000). Development sha11 be in compliance with the Growth Management Act, The County-Wide Planning Policies, The Washington State Environmental Policy Act, the Grant County Comprehensive Plan, the Grant County Zoning Ordinance, and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, rulings or requirements. 2. Development shall comply with all applicable requirements of the Grant County Fire Marshal including but not limited to the Uniform Building Code and Uniform Fire Code. 3. Development shall comply with all improvements and restrictions required by the Grant County Public Worlcs Department. 4. Developer shall comply with all requirements deemed necessary by the Grant County Health District ,the Washington State Department of Health, and the Washington State Department of Ecology regarding domestic water supply, sewage systems and storm water control and treatment including, but not limited to: RCW 90.48.080 Discharge of Polluting Water Prohibited; WAC 173-201, Surface Water Standards; WAC 173-201A, Ground Water Quality Standards and WAC 246-272, On-Site Sewage Systems. 5. If any Native American Grave site(s) or archaeological/cultural resources (Indian Artifacts) are found all construction activity shall stop and the owner/developer shall immediately notify the Colville Confederated Tribes and the Washington State Of�ce of Archaeology and Historic Preservation. 6. Development shall comply with all requirements of the US Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation and the Quincy Columbia Basin Irrigation District. 7. Any outstanding assessments shall be equitably divided and levied against the remaining lots, parcels, tracts, or be levied equitably on the lots resulting from the alteration.
