p.m. in ihe County Com�issic�ners H�aring Room at which tim� taxpay�rs
were allowed to appear a�� be heard, and
WH:ER�1�S, after discussion a decisic�n ww�s made by the
Commissic�ners ic� set ihe Iand classi�cations and assessmenis as follo�vs:

benefit to the Iands �vithin the dis�rict anc� th� speczal bene�ts prc�vided by
the Weed District and the Weed District assessment above stated is a spec�al
benefit to ihe Ia.vd within ihe D�strict set fort� in the assess�.en� and �hat
they should be levied,
I'�OW, T'HER.EFC}RE IT IS HER�B� RESSOLVED, thai the above
assessments shall be levied on the above classificatifln, and �he A�sesso�
sh�l.11 spread the levy on the rolls a�..d col�ect the same.
