necessary ta��ansfer funds within�e current budget of the above-na�ed County Depariment(s}in th�

TYre Grant Caunty Fair Board has selected, and recommends for your approval,All�n D. Holman as Fair
and Facality Manager for the Eirant County Fa�r Grounds, effective October 19, 1998. He witl replace
LaDell Yad�who is retiring from that pasition at year end, Our plans include that Holman work with
Yada un#ii year end at a full time rate of$3,35035 per month.
To f�nd this additionad position for 2 U2 months we request a iransfer of$i 0,500.00 from the 702

able�a repla�e this amount used for�he training c�:�the new manager at year end.
Holman brings a range of educatia�and experience, that we feel best mee�s the needs af the Grant
County Fair and Facility,as it rnoves forw�rrd ta serve the County Community i�the years ta came. The
Board alsa recornmends that the�'air and Facility Manager b�come� full tim�p�sition. �'acility use and
U�erat:un!�as brov�r to the�oint t!:at fia?1 Yim�;;�ear around r_?�na�ement is needed.
