RESOLUTION NUlliIBER 98-159-CC
WHEREAS, the Grant County Noxious Weed Control Board has requested
the Board of County Commissioners to detexmine the assessments for
fiinding the 1999 budget of t11e Grant County Noxious Weed Control Board,
and
WHEREAS, before said assessments can be approved, a public
hearing sha11 be held at which time any taxpayer can appear and be heard for
or against the proposed assessments; and
WHEREAS, tlie assessments are subject to the consideration by the
Board of County Commissioners;
NOW, THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Board of
Cot�nty Commissioners will consider the recommended assessments at a
public hearing on October 26,1998 at 1:30 p.m. in their Hearing Roorn, at
the Grant County Court.house in Epl�rata, WA.
