HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 98-148-CCBflARD OF CC�UNTY Ct}MMISSIONERS Grant Gounfy, Washingtan IN TFDE MATTER t�F ESTABLiSHiNG A CERTAIN CC}UNTY RQAD A5 PART UF THE COUNTY ROAD SYSTEM Resolutian No. ga-z�$-cc ORDER OF ESTABLiSHMENT WHEREAS, it is the intent af the Baard of Caunty Commissioners to establish, acqnire rights- of-way, reconstruet, and mainta.in that certain caunty raad in accordance with current �tandards and practices, and WHEREAS, �he true Iocatian, caurse, and width of that certain county raad has been report,�d by the County Road Engineer following his exaxnination and survey therenf, and WHEREAS, the Bc�ard Qf County Commissic�ners clid consider �he Caunty Road Engineer's repc�rt an the establishment of that cartain caunty raad and any and all relaied evidence related thereto at a public hearing held in the Hearin g Roam af the Board af County Cc�mmissioners of Grant Cou�.ty, Washing�n, loeatedin the Caunty Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington at 10.30A.M., Tu�sday, Sept�mber 29, 1998, and all persons interestec� did appear and were heard at this heari�g upc�n the report and recammenciation af the County Raad Engineer either to proceed or not in proceed with establishing the road.
