RESOLUTION NUMBER 98-133-CC
� RESOLUTION relating to the iacts requiring an appropriation
and expenditure of �unds ior �he iollowing department/fund:
Tourism Fund ��114, Denartment ��156 � �

together with a budget therefar; declaring an emergency; and ' I
setting a public hearir�g date; all pursuant io RCW 36.44.140. ;
WHEREAS, it has been brought to tne attention of the Boar�
of Couniy Commissioners ai Grant County that an appropriation
and expen.diture of fund,s should be authorized �or the above-
mentionecl department/�-und, ta�ether with a budget there�or, �.n
the estim.ated amount .o� $ 15.000 � �-n�-
WHEREAS, expenditure of such funds was not �ncluded in the
cu.rrent budget o� Grant County, however, emergent condition.s
now require that such funds be expended; and
WHEREAS, it appears that an emergency exists and that �the
expenditure a� such �unds could not have been reasonably foreseen
at the time af making said cou.nty bu.dget;
NQV1, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BfJARD OF CQUNTY COM- �
MISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WA�HINGTON, tha� the afore_ i
mentioned facts consti�ute an emergency and that an appro�riat�.on'
and expenditure of �unds should be authorized for the following '

together w�th a budget there�or.
BE iT FURTHER RESOLVED tha� notice o� a public hearang upon
