RESOLUTION NU�BER 98-127-CC
A RESOLUTION relating to the facts requiring an appropriation
and expenditu.re of iunds for -�he fo�Iovaing department/�und:
All Terrain Vehicle Fund ��119, Department ��161 �
toget�.er with a bud.get there�or; declaring an emergency; and '
setting a public hearing datep all pttrsuant to R�W 36.4Q.140.
WHE�,EAS, it has been brougl�t to the attention o� ihe Board
of County Commissioners o� Grant County �hat an. appropriation
and expenditure of funds should be authorized for the above-
mention2d department/fund, together with a budget therefor, in
the estimated amount .o� $ 1,199 ; and
W�EREAS, expenditure of such funds was not included in the
current budgei of Grant County, however, emergent conditions
now require that such �unds be expended; and
WHEREAS, it appears that an emergency exists and that the
expenditure o� such funds could not have been reasonably foreseen,
ai the time of making said county budget; I
NOW, THEREFQRE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARI3 OF COUNTY COI+�I-
MISSIONERS t}�' GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHZNGTON, that the afore- '
mentioried facts consti�ute an emergency and that an appropriation
and expenditure of �unds should be authorized for the iollowing

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice oi a public hearing tzpon
such expenditure shall be given, said hearing to be helct on
Segtember 14,1998 in the Grant County Co�nmissioners' Office
Grant County Co�trthouse, Ephrata, Washington, at the Y�our of
1•00 �.m.
