RESOLUTION NUMBER 98-125-CC
A RESOLUTIO�I relating to the fac�s requiring an appropriation
and expenditure of fu�.ds for the iollowing department/fund:
Grant County P.A.R.C. Fund ��115, Department ��157 ,
together with a bu.dget there�or; declaring an e�nergency; and �
setting a public hearing date; aIl pursuant to RCW 36.40.140.
WHEREAS, it has been brought �o the aitention o� ihe �oard
of Coun�y Commissioners of Grant County that an appropriation
and expenditure oi �unds shouicd be autharized �or the above-
mentioned department/�und, together with a budget tl�erefor, in
the estimated �.mou.nt .of $ 1,446 ; and
WH�REAS, expenditure o� such funds was not i�cluded in the
current �udget of Grant County, ho�,vever, emergent conditians
now require that such funds be expended; and �
WHEREAS, it appears that an emergency exists and that the
e�penditure af such funds could not have been reasonably foreseen
at the time o� making said county budget; '�
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL�IED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM-
MISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF VsTASHINGTON, that the afore-
mentioned facts constitt�te an emergency and that an appropriation
and expenditure o� funds should be authorized for the �allowirlg
depa�'tment/func�:Grant County P.A.R.C. �und ��115, Department ��157 �
together with a buc�g�t therefor.
BE IT �'URTHER RESOLVED that notice of a pu7�Iic hearing upon ;
such expenditure shalZ be given, said hearing to be �ie�d on �
�PntPmhPr � 4i 1 99R in the Grant Caunty Commissioners' O��icei,
Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington, at the hour o� �
