Commissioner Stevens was out and excused. 8:30 a,m.—9:00 a.m. Elected Official Roundtable Meeting 9:00 a.m.—9:20 a.m. J Strickler,ASC Update and Misc BOCC Action A motion was made by Commissioner Swartz, seconded by Commissioner Carter,to approve items 2 through 7 on the agenda as presented. The motion passed unanimously. 1. Possible vouchers for insurance, legal services,grant administration, etc. 2. Update to Grant County, Washington Policy Number 600, Compensation.This amendment modifies section 606, Longevity Pay. (Approved) 3. Approval of ADDENDUM to plan for allocations signed by the BOCC on Sept. 12, 2016 on Grant Integrated Services Criminal Justice Treatment funds (obtained through the Interlocal Cooperative Agreement between Chelan County, Douglas County, and Grant County Re: North Central Washington Behavioral Health). The Addendum serves to address requirements for a strategic plan for substance use disorder treatment/funding,treatment options,the anticipated number of offenders that will be served, and goals and objectives of the project. (Approved) 4. Contract between James W. Potts and Zak I<ennedy and Grant County for the provision of legislative representation in Olympia, Washington, during the legislative sessions, in addition to that provided by the Washington State Association of Counties and for representation at certain meetings and conferences of interest to the County. Term is January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2018 with an annual fee of$5,280.00. (Approved) 5. Revision#170101 to Washington State Department of Social & Health Services (DSHS) Contract No. 1563-43364, administered by Grant County, by and through Grant County Integrated Services' Developmental Disabilities Department (DD Residential), Exhibit C. Grant County Request for Reimbursement No. 1 on CDBG Public Services Grant No. 16-62210- I 005 for the period July 1—July 31, 2016,with the Department of Commerce and administered � I through the OIC of Washington, in the amount of$1,158.15.
