equipment auc�ion sale pursuant ta Resalution No. 98-97-CC, and ne� one abjected tQ this
propased auction sale, and
WHEREAS, all Gounfiy agencies t�ave been nati�ed and invited to participate
in this sale, and
VtINEREAS, the Surplus Equipment Aucti�n Saie Cc�mmiitee called ror and
received compe�itive bids to provide auction services and awarded said bid t� �urrtham's
Saie & Aucfion,
NQVil, TNEREFORE, BE IT RES{7LVED that the order be granted f�r this
surplus equipment and merchandise auciir�n, saie to be heid Saturday, September 12,
1998 a� 9:00 A.M. at #he Grant Counfy �airgrounds, Moses Lake, Washington,
BE iT FURTHER RESC}LVED t�at the Auctianeer for Burnham's Sale &
Auction appointed Deputy Caunfy Treasurer �ar the duration of said sale artd fcar the
expr�ss purpase c�f r�ceiving funds from said sale on behaif of Grant County and ather
entities and dapc�s€ting said funds with the Cotanty Treasurer far subsequent ciisbursement
ta the participating agencies.
