A RESQLUTION relatit�g to a suppiemental extension in the 199� budget af the
SHERIFF DEPT. 114, CURRENT EXPENSE �'UND # 001
due to unanticipated state andJor federal funds.

WHEREAS, ii has been brought ta the attention of tbe Board of Grant Caz�nmissioners
that unanticipated state and lor federal funds have been made available for the 1998 budget
of the SHERTFF DEPT. 114, CURRENT EXPENSE FUND # t}Ol
in the amount of $5,0�0 ; and
WHEREAS, RCW 36.40.100 autharizes supplemen�al appropr'ra�ons frorrr unanticdipated
siate and/or federal fitnds after publications of notice of the iime and date af a public hearing at wlaich
the supplemental appropriatians resolution wi11 be adopted, and the amount af` the apprapriation,
once each week, far two cansecutive weeks prior to such public hearing in the official newspaper
af the eaunty; and
WHEREAS, publication of the requisite Iegal notice was made in the Dai1X Herald
newspaper of Grant County on 7/�7 ��t� / 9 g and said public hearing was held
in the Grant County Cammissioners' Of�ce, Grant Caunty Courthot�se, Ephrata, Washington;
