canduct a hearing on its intentian to dispose af County awned equipment deciared surpius,

WHEREAS, it is the intention of the board ia se(f at pubiic auction to the
highest bidder for cash al( equipment declared surpius by the heads of govemment if not
pre-sofd to anather government agency prior io auction, and
WHEREAS, Exhibit `A', �itached hereto, is a tentative listing of equipment
and/ar merchandise that will be offered for sale,
NOW, TNEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, thai a public hearing be heid in the
Office of The Baard of County Commissioners of Grant County at the Grant County
Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington at 9'1:00 A.M. and anyone eithec for ar agains� this
