RESQLUTION NUMBER 98-93-CC
A RESaLtTTIQN rei�.t�ng to t�e facts requiring an appropr�ation
and expenditure c�f �tznds for the �oliowing depart�nea�t/f�znd:
Emer�encY Services Fund ��102,Department ��144 ,
together with a budget therefar; declari.ng an emergency; and `
setting a public hearing date;,all g�ursuant to RCW 36.40.14Q.
WH�REAS, it has beei� bxough� �o the attention of the Board
€�f �ouuty Ct�mmis��.oners of Grant County that an appxopriation
and expenditure af �unds shc�u3d be authe�ri.z�d �c�r the a�ave-
m�niioned d�par�men�/�und, tc�gether with a budget there�c�r, in
the es�imawed amcrunt .of $ 5,266 ; a��
WHEREAS, exp�nditure of such funds was not included in the
curren� b�aciget oi Grant Count�r, however, emergent candi�ions
now require that such funds be expe�ded, and
�xER.EAS, i� ap�sears that an emergency exists anr� �hat the
expenditure c�f such funds could not h�.ve bes� rr�asc�nably �areseen
at the t�me af makang said cau�a�y iaudge�;
