together wiih a budget therefar; decl�.�ing an emergency; and '
set�ting a pub�ic hearing date;,�.il pursuant to RCW 36.40.140.
Vi�REAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board
af County C�mm�niss�aners af �rant �r�unty that an appropriation
and expendature t�� �uneis shau�.d be authc�ri2ed �or the above-
' mentioned departmer�t/�und, �oget�er with a but�get there�c�r, i.n
t�se estimat�d amaurat .Qf $ 50,000 ; �.n�
WHEREAS, expenditure of �uch funds was na� included in the
current buclg�t oi Grant Cotznty, however, emergent conditions
now reqtxire that such �unds be expended; and
�iEREAB, it appears th�.t an emergency exists and that the I
exg�endi�u.re e�f such funds cc���d not ha�e been reasorz�.bly �oreseenl
at the tirne of making said coun�y budget;
