IN THE MATTER OF VACATING ) RESOLUTION N0.98-83-CC
A PORTION OF CERTAIN COUNTY ) Notice of ]Eiearing
ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY ) on Vacatioa�.
WHEREAS, it appears to the Board of County Commissioners of Grant
County Washington, that it would be in the public interest to vacate certain
portions of dedicated County road right of way described as follows:
A strip of land 60 feet wide, lying in the Northeast
of the Southwest portion of Section 32, Township 20
North, Range 28 East W.M., more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of 30th Ave. And County road
formerly known as Dover St. and now known as Randolph Road;
thence following the centerline of said 30�' Ave. South 00°57'
10" East a distance of 30.00 feet; thence South 89° 02' 50"
West a distance of 119.90 feet to an intersection with a curve
on the South R/W of said Randolph Road and the TRIIS POINT OF
BEGINNING; thence continuing South 89° 02' S0" West a distance
of 561.47 feet; thence North 00° 57� 10" West a distance of
60.00 feet; thence North 89° 02� 50" East a distance of 323.94
feet to an intersection with a curve on the South R/W of said
Randolph Road; thence on a curve to the left having a radius
of 1,115.00 feet, an internal angle of 20° 15' 59" and a chord
length of 244.99 feet to the true point of beginning.
RSSERVING THEREFORE, perpetual easements operation and maintenance of
all existing utilities.
Containing approximately 0.58 acres more or less.
TAER�FORE, BE IT RSSOLV&D, that a public hearing be held on �. 28,
1998 at 10:00 A.M., in the office of the Board of County Commissioners and at
that time the Director of Public Works is directed to give his report and
anyone interested may appear for or against this proposal.
