WASHINGTON 98823 15091 754-20i1 - BOARD OF COUNTY GRANr COUNTY, WASHINGTON IN THE MATTER OF ALTERING LOT 173 � RESOLUTION NO. q�_75—CC OF THE LARSON SUBDNISION � LOCATED IN A PORTION OF � SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 19 N, RANGE 28EWM � RESOLUTION APPROVING GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON � A PLAT ALTERATION RON GEAR WHEREAS, the Board of Counry Commissioners of Grant County have been advised by the Grant Counry Planniug Commission that a public heari.ng was conducted on May 6, 1998 on the matter of altering Lot 173 of the Larson Subdivision of Secrion 5, Township 19 North, Range 28 East, W.M., Grant County, Washington. WHEREAS, the Grant County Planning Commission made a unanimous recommendarion to approve with seven (10) condirions, the alterarion of Lot 173 an existing lot approx. 33,000 sq. ft. into (2) separate lots 173A and 173B. WHEREAS, the Grant County Board of Commissioners held a public meeting on June 15, 1998 and, WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have made a decision to uphold the recommendation to approve the proposed plat alteration request with the conditions as stipulated by the Planning Commission. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have found that the proposal is consistent with the Grant County Comprehensive Plan. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have found that the public use and interest will apparenfly be served by the plat alteration. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have found that the proposal will not adversely effect the health, safety, and general welfare of the public in the vicinity of the proposal. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have found that the Plat Alteration shouid be govemed by the following seven (10) conditions of approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners for Grant County, Washington approve by this Resolution, a plat alteration of Lot 173 of the Larson Subdivision located in a portion of Section 5, Township 19 North, Range 28 East, W.M., Grant County, Washington. The plat alteration is approved subject to the following conditions. l. Development shall be in compliance with the Growth Management Act, The Counry-Wide Planning Policies, The Washington State Environmental Policy Act, the Grant County Comprehensive Plan, the Grant County Zoning Ordinance, and all applicabie local, state, and federal regulations, rulings or requirements. 2. Development shall comply with all applicable requirements of the Grant Counry Fire Marshal including but not limited to the Uniform Building Code and Uniform Fire Code. 3. Development shall comply wztb all reqnirements of the Graut County Auditor. 7. Development shall comply with the requirements of the Grant County Assessor $. Any outstand3.ng assessments sha11 be equitabiq divided and Ievied against the remaiz�iizg lots, parcels, tracts, or be Ievied equitably on the lot� resuiting from the alteration. 9.
