Last year the Grant Coun:ty Corrections facility contracied with Big Bend
Community Colle�e for work �kills courses for uama.tes that was fiu�.decl
through the Jail Commissary accot�nt. We inadvertently, w�ien budgetin� the
1998 Jail Commissa�y, left out the co�tracted expenditur-e ui the am.ount o�
$SOQ0,00.
After reviewing the Jail Commissary accouni, w� find in 508, Erid.i�zg Fiu�d
Balance, thati thez-e xs ap�roximately $19,000. We are rec�uesting the approva�
for Bob Mosher to draft a Resolution au�llorizing the re-appropriation of
$5000 from 508 to 523.60.41. A copy of the contract between Gxant CoL�nty
Corrections and Big Bend Comm�.�nity College is attached for yoLur use.
