Special Use Lease between the Washington State Department of Natural Resources and Grant County,for the lease of property for public outdoor recreation commonly I<nown as the DNR Moses Lake Sand Dunes property,the legal description of which is set forth in Exhibit 1A, Page 2 of 5 Grant County Commissioners Minutes Week of August 8, 2016 Rent is at$0.00 throughout the term for the County's responsibility for management, public safety, law enforcement, and trash collection arising from heavy public use of the premises. Term is tentatively set for July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2019 with the understanding that Grant County will actively pursue purchase of the property. (Approved) 3. Grantee Closeout Performance Report for Community Development Block Grant (CD��) Contract for Public Services in Grant and Adams Counties through Grant County and the OIC of Washington, Grant No. 15-62210-005. Anticipating: Subrecipient Agreement for CDBG Public Services between Grant County and the OIC (Opportunities Industrialization Center) of Washington on Grant County's CDBG Public Services Grant with the Department of Commerce, Grant#16-62210-005 in the amount of $125,080 and a term of July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017. The pass-through dollar amount to the OIC of Washington on this grant will be$121,580.00. (Item not ready for signature) 5. The Commissioners approved and signed the Grant County Payroll Authorization form for the August 5, 2016 payroll, The Commissioners wrote a letter to Washington Department of Fish &Wildlife in support of the request of the Ferry County Commissioners for removal of the Profanity Peak wolf pack. The Commissioners wrote a memorandum�o the County Auditor and Chief Accountant, effective August 9, 2019 to hold any payment checks or payroll checks to/for the Grant County Weed District No. 1 until further notice.
