A RES4LUTI�.IN relating �o the establishment of a revalving fund account far the following
county department: Grant Mental Healthcare to be called; Grand �oulae Revolving Fund.
'tV13EREA.S, it has been called to the attention af the Bo�rd of County Commissianers
that a r�valving fund account shouid be established as sat farth herein belaw; and
W HEREAS, the establislament af said fiznd is in ac�cordance with state and caur�ty laws
and does not require a public budget hearing;
NIDW T.HEItEFURE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BIDARD C►F CCIUNTY
COMMISSIONERS, as follaws:
l. That a revolving fund account to be known as Grand Coulee Revolving Fund, is
hereby established in the amaunt of $250.00 �or the followin�; county department:
Grant Mental Healthcare
2. That the head of said caunty department shall be custodian c�f said fund, shall
record all transactians according to praper accounting procedures, and shall use it
onlY fQr the p�upase of purchasin�;/covering emergency cansumer expenses, i.e.;
medications, respite care, transportatian, etc.
3. A checl�ing account shall be set up and utilized. All checks drawn from said account
shall be signed by eith�r the (Jrand Coulee Pro�ram Manager, or Grand Coulee
Administrative Assistant.
4. That all expenditures fram said fund ar� to be supported at all times with ihe
appropriate recei�ts, and reimbursement of said fund sha11 be by claim vaucher and
warrani.

Subject: Need for revolving fund account in Grand Coulee area
Please find attached a resolution to establish a revolving fun.d account to respond to emergency
needs for mental health consumers located in the Grand Coulee area.
At times, consumers have no means to obtain psychotropic �nedications, housing, food, or other
necessary items to stabilize an individual in �he community.
