that unanticipated state and lor federal funds have been made available for the 1998 budget

in th� amaunt €�f $7,000 ; and
WHEREAS, RCW 36.40.3.04 authorizes supplemental appropriations fron� unanticdipated
�ate andlor federal funds after publicatzans of notice of the #xme and date of a public hearing at which
the supplemental appropria�ions resolution will be adopted, and the axnount af the apprapriatio�,
onee each week, �or two cansecutive weeks priar to such public �earing in ihe off'ieial z�ewspaper
