IT IS HEREBY RESOVLEO THAT the Roads Tn Fordair Road, stete Roaa to9 No. 53300 &,53320
from Milepost N�A To Milepost N�A be improved as follows:
Grade, drain, place additional crushed surfacing, and apply a two (2) shot
BST to a11 gravel roads in Fordair for a tinished paved width of 26 feet.
This project is hereby declared to be a public necessity and the Cou�ty Road Engineer is hereby ordered and authorized to

IT IS FURTHER RESOLVEO that an appropriation from the officially adopted road fund budget a�d based on the County
Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the purposes shown:
