BOCC Action A motion was made by Commissioner Stevens, seconded by Commissioner Swartz,to approve items 2,4 and 5 on the agenda with changing term for item 2 to September 1, 2016 and ending December 31, 2017. Item 3 was not ready for signature.The motion passed unanimously. 1. Possible vouchers for Interfund Communications, insurance, legal services,grant administration, etc. 2. Armored Car Services Agreement between Grant County, Washington, and GardaWorld Cash Services for carrier services on behalf of the County at the locations, times, prices,frequencies, and liability limits set forth on Schedule A to the Agreement. Term is tentatively set at,4�g� September 1, 2016 through December 31, 2017. (Approved) 3. Anticipating: Special Use Lease between the Washington State Department of Natural Resources and Grant County,for the lease of property for public outdoor recreation commonly known as the DNR Moses Lake Sand Dunes property,the legal description of which is set forth in Exhibit 1A. Rent is at$0.00 throughout the term for the County's responsibility for management, public safety, law enforcement, and trash collection arising from heavy public use of the premises. Term is tentatively set for July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2019 with the understanding that Grant County will actively pursue purchase of the property. (Item not ready for signature) 4, Question Concerning Representation (QCR) Settlement Agreement by and between Teamsters Local 760 (Union) and Grant County Integrated Services (Employer) pertaining to the inclusion of new positions in an existing bargaining unit covered by a collective bargaining agreement between the parties currently covering a term of January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2016. The Agreement constitutes a full and complete settlement of the Question Concerning Representation assigned case#128095-E-16 by the Public Employment Relations Commission. (Approved) 5. Addendum D, Employment Specialists, addressing the inclusion of new positions in the existing bargaining unit covered by the Integrated Services collective bargaining agreement currently covering a term of January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2016. These new positions and employees are being included as a result of the parties settling a QCR Settlement Agreement (ASC Action Item #4, above), assigned case#128095-E-16 by the Public Employment Relations Commission.
