fore, ptxrsuant to RCW 36.4Q.140.
WHEREAS, i.t has been brought to the a.ttention of thE� I3oard
of County Caminissianers of Grant County ihat emergency conditic�ns
require that aa appropriat�on and exgenditure of �unds be auth-
orized f�r the above-mentioned department/i�znd, together with a
budget i��refor; and

�HER�AS, pu�suant to RCW 36.40.340, �esolution No. q�-28-.c
was duly adopted on �/24L98 ,and published in the

emergency and stating the-facts cons�ituting the emergency ai�d
the esti�ateti amo�nt of funds required to meet it, together wit�h a
notzce of public hearing, and said public hearing was held thereon
whe�°e intexested persons were allowed �o appea� an�l be heard;

SIONERS OF GF�ANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTCIN, tha� an appropriation
and expenditure of furzds is hereby authorized for the followir�g

in the tota.�. sum af $��250 aecording to the atiaci�ed
budget.
