that unanticzpated state and 1or federa.l fiinds have been made avaiiable for the 199$ budget

in ihe amaunt of � I0,155 ; and
WIIEREAS, RCW 36.40.i00 aufihorizes supplemental appropriations from unanticd'zp�.ted
state andlor federal fiznds after publicano�s of notice of the time and date of a public l�earing at which
the suppiementaf appraprzatiozas resaluiian wzll be adopted, and the amount of the appropriatzan,
oz�ce each week, for twa consecuiive weeks pr%or to such public hearing in the a�cial newspaper
