A RESOLUTION REGARDING A
PUBLIC INTEREST DETERMINATION
ALLOWING THE ISSUANCE OF DEVELOPMENT
PERMITS ON PARCEL 21-1356-000 PURSUANT TO
GRANT COUNTY ORDINANCE 98-18-CC
AND RCW 58.17.210
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners
for Grant County, by a vote of majority, hereby set forth the following public interest
determination to allow the issuance of development permits on Parcel Number 21-1356-000
pursuant to Grant County Ordinance Number 98-18-CC and RCW 58.17.210, subject to the
following condition:
1) Compliance with all local, state and federal regulations, rulings, and requirements
except the minimum lot size requirements of the Grant County Agricultural Zone.
