RESOLUTION APPROVING A ZONE
CHANGE FROM AGRICULTURE
TO GENERAL COMMERCIAL
ANATOLIY & NATALYA SKALA
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County have been
advised by the Grant County Planning Commission that a public hearing was conducted on
December 3, 1997 on the matter of changing the zonia�g from "AGR (Agriculture)" to "C-G
(General Commercial)" in a portion of Section 32, Township 19 North, Range 29 East,
W.M., Grant County, Washington, and;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County have been
advised by the Grant County Planning Department that the Grant County Planning
Commission recommended approval on said matter, and;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having said recommendaiion,
have given notice this matter would be considered at a public hearing on February 9, 1998,
and;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Corramissioners have found that the proposai
does not fall within a critical area as defined by the Grant County Resource Lands and Critical
Areas Development Ordinance, and;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have found that the proposal
is consistent with the Grant County Comprehensive Plan and sunounding uses, and;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have found that the proponent
has presented sufficient evidence that changed circumstances in the area of the subject property
wanant a rezone of the property, and;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have found the proposed
property is surrounded by General Commercial and Heavy Industrial zoned property.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have found that the proposal

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Bc�ard of County
Commissioners of Grant County, Washington do by this resolution approve the zone change
request from AGR (Agriculture) to C-G (General-Cornmercial) on th� following described
property.
Lot 1, Franz Short Plat in a portion of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter
of Section 32, Township 19 North, Range 29 E. W. M., Grant County, Washington
(Parcel #31-1123-000).
